Park Chalet Village: Austrian fir chalets with private wellness areas in Livigno
Chalets & Accommodation
Park Chalet Village has 22 fully equipped wooden chalets built entirely from Austrian fir. Each chalet has a terrace overlooking Livigno and a private wellness area with an RGB hot tub, an emotional shower, and a South Tyrol Finnish sauna. Heated covered passageways connect the chalets to the main facilities.

Bormio Terme thermal spa and Bormio Golf Club are 40 minutes' drive away, and Livigno's exclusive boutiques and traditional craft shops are nearby.

“The chalets themselves are the undeniable stars here, offering an intimate alpine escape with the personal touch of a private sauna and jacuzzi, a detail that truly elevates a stay. Beyond the private wellness, the views from both the chalets and the restaurant are quite remarkable, providing a constant, stunning backdrop to any visit. Coupled with genuinely helpful staff and a convenient shuttle to the slopes, it paints a picture of thoughtful, comfortable mountain living.”
